All parts are manufactured to the requirements of ISO 9001. Quality of parts is the highest priority we place on all our suppliers. Full supporting documentation packages are available. We use fully calibrated measurement equipment and very accurate CMM (Coordinate measuring machine) equipment to ensure precision manufacture of parts.
We offer specialist part protection & coatings like - Electroless Nickel PTFE - Zinc Plating - Irridite NCP - Hard Anodizing - Tin & Copper Plating - Electropolishing - Pickle & Passivation and Part Polishing to various surface finish requirements.
Our machining capacity is pretty much endless as we use several specialist suppliers to manufacture our product. Take a look at our gallery pictures to see a snap shot of some of the machines we use.
We have a state of the art peen stamping machine which we can use for static part marking and etching and also as a mobile unit capable of marking large or awkward part on site. From very small parts to very large parts, we are able to permanently stamp batch or individual unique numbers or characters into a variety of materials.
